I hope you get those leaks sorted without too much trouble. 
Your tickover oil pressure is way too high.
I think you have a stuck relief valve in the oil pump.
Tickover at best on mine after engine rebuild was 36lb and 50lb at 3500 revs.
When my relief valve got stuck after an oil pump overhaul, my oil pressure was
5lb on tickover and 70lb at 3500. (No good for gasket sealing ability and
timing chain slippers)
I think yours is stuck the other way if possible or the gauge is wrong.
