Hi Richard

Do bear in mind that as you increase the rate of the springs, the shock
loading on the body is going to increase proportionally if the car is used
hard.  Therefore be very sure the suspension mounts, bushes etc are well up
to it.  Harder bushes of course also multiply the loading into the body.
