My 1971 Stag/RX7 conversion is nearing completion and very drivable.
Because the 13B engine is lighter than the stock v8, I'm having trouble
with my front end geometry for alignment purposes, etc. Does anyone know
the proper point of measurement (from ground to frame/vehicle) and what
that measurement should be in inches or cms? Right now I am refereeing a
local debate between those who think I should cut the springs and those
who think I need to add weight which I am GUESSING needs to be between
175 and 200 pounds of dead weight. Also, I still have a virtually
complete '71 Stag drive train for sale and am still looking for a
convertible/hood frame and hardware. Thanks! Randal Cruikhanks, San Luis
Obispo
