I think its the Master cylinder.
Needs a new seal kit.
In UK it can be removed if you grind down a ring spanner to fit.
In USA I think you can get it off easily.
Needs a seal kit, about 15 pounds over here in UK
About two hours labour.  Mine was 30 Pounds labour at local garage (I lent him
my ground down spanner) Total 45pounds
