Doug,

     The parts you refer to are called seat diaphragms, I got some
replacements from Northants Stag Centre and Tudor Classics (both in UK)
but that was a few years ago and I believe both companies are now no
more.

Places to try are either SOC Spares(01622 891777), South East
Trimming(the number will be in SOC magazine) or Aldridge Trimming(01902
710805) all in the UK.
I notice that Rimmers don't list them on their web site.
