Re: fan removal



Hello Harlan,
This has always worked for me:
    Remove the fan blade from the torquatrol first by removing the four
nuts/bolts/washers holding the fan to the torquatrol unit, then
carefully remove the radiator.   Leave the torquatrol unit and pulley
still on the engine.  If you need to remove the torquatrol unit, you
will have more room with the fan blade off and radiator out, then you
can get a socket and breaker bar on it.
