Hi all And yes, thanks to Luke for pointing out that a low torque could be the cause of the "Bolt through the rad" which is a well known one. Its a 5/8 UNF bolt that has to be torqued to 120 ft lbs!!! (steel wheel nuts plus half again) according to the ROM. That should keep the blighter in!! Peter Howells
