All Right!  A source is discovered.

I also see that SSS carries an intermittent wiper switch to do the upgrade 
Dave asks about.  I don't know if there is anything inherently different 
with the wiper motor in the Scout II and the more modern vehicles.  My '88 
Ranger had the intermittent wiper feature; it has been used frequently and 
for long periods of time.  So far it has worked perfectly and still has the 
original switch and motor.  When intermittent, the wiper blades sweep at the 
speed of the "low" setting; I always figured the circuitry that makes them 
pause is external to the motor.  I could be wrong...
