If Dan bought the headers for a '75 Travelall, they're rear-dump headers. 
My 74/75 headers exit from the rear of the head, dropping down over and
behind the bellhousing stiffener crossmember, just like the original rear
dump exhaust manifolds did.

They also required customizing of the exhaust system to get the exhaust to
match up to the headers.

Nothing a welder and some exhaust tubing didn't fix. :D

I'm still running the Stan's supplied gaskets on mine, and I like to think
I work the 392 pretty hard, though not school-bus hard.
