If you weren't part of the sale, I'd stay far far away
from the fight.  You don't want the lawyers to even
think about you.  They'll add any names to the suit
that they can remotely think of.  Its just money to be
made from milking a herd of cattle to them.  

Sorry if I've offended any lawyers.
