Adding on to what I posted previously on the starter spacer.

I've gone on to find out that the B/W auto transmission may be be like the
manual transmissions in that they also do *not* get the starter spacer.

In other words the starter spacer is specific to 727 equipped rigs as far as
I can tell at the moment.
