Interesting little tidbit...

You know... the ads for the old GMC V6s (when GM decided to make a motor to
compete with an IH in terms of reliability etc... they really look to be
great motors, too bad they don't support them parts wise), anyway,  the ads
advertsise how  the GMC V6s have that huge bypass that flows 60% or some
such water back through the motor instead of the radiator, something about
having a more even engine temp.
