You might want to check yours.

Look closely at the last picture, it clearly shows that half of the plate was cracked through for some time, as it is
rusty. I did not catch the crack, close inspection is required.

I ordered Fleckster's hidden plates, will do pics and a write up.

Looked at the pics. I have two comments:

Looks great!
Looks really ugly!

You'll be able to easily assign the comments to the appropriated pictures.

I'm using the Fleckster's plates and they are heavy duty! The bigger U-bolts give me a sense of security, and his plates don't appear to me as if they'll ever be a problem.

I had one problem with the installation, but as it turned out, it was due to a lack of paying attention on my part, not a problem with the kit. I think that it was his plate kit that prompted me to send him the overbuilding, underbuilding quote that he uses in his signature.

Thanks for sharing the trip, and the experience. Nice of the ATV'ers to give you a hand.
