Yep, that is it exactly.  However, mine is in much better shape.  The
black paint is gone, and the reflectors are twisted in their housings,
and the flag holders are tweaked.  But other than those flaws, it is the
same as mine.  
FYI, maybe you already know about this, but if you want a new liftgate
handle call Scout Parts.  They have brand new ones that are not exactly
identical, but that are straight bolt-ons, and look as good as new, which
they are.

In other news:  I'm looking for a rear T-handle for a '77 Scout II, but
struck out.  I've missed the last couple of T-handles I've seen on eBay.
I
may just give up and get one from Howard (as I probably should have done
months ago! ;-)). 
 
I hope I can make it to the Southwest Scouts meeting on Saturday, but
getting some 'cross signals' from the War Department on conflicting
plans,
etc. We'll see...
