Joel,
 
According to Eldon, use 50 wt motor oil in the tranny and transfer case NOT hypoid oil/grease.  Clearances are not great enough.
 
In the differentials, use 80-90 hypoid oil (rear end oil).  Hypoid oil/grease are made to combat sever sliding friction than you get in the ring & pinion since they are hypoid cut.
