It has to be a rebuilt at that price but they *can* rebuild them right if
they feel like it.. you just need to re-bore for an up-sized cup, just like
oversized pistions in an engine.

But I'm sure Tom H. is right... the auto stores p'bly just hone them out and
at best put a little thicker o-ring on them.
