When I took my hardtop off my 74 Scout II, 2 years ago, I had to set it next 
to the driveway, on a slight slope form side to side, and when I put it back 
on at the end of summer, the back window wouldn't close properly. There was a 
1 inch gap on the drivers side, with no gap at all on the other side. Oh, and 
the gap over the windshield wasn't the same all across, like it used to. Mind 
you, it was a slight slope.
