Al,
   I'm not 'real' familiar with that box, but; it is an emmissions
device. Supposedly, one of those wires attaches to the Gold Box and it
modulates the vacumn to those to hoses depending on certain conditions.
Unless you have strict visual inspections I would just leave it the way
it is and maybe take the two hoses of and by-pass the device.
