New Scouters,

Except for a tendency for the drum brakes on the back wheels to lock up,
the Scout brakes are fine.  Not world class but ok.  The deal I've noticed
is that you just have higher pedal pressure.  It actually makes them
easier to use when the vehicle is bouncing on in an emergency situation.
You don't have to move your foot in quite so delicate a manner.
