Sticky Lifters-Diagnosis

To Whom it Has Concerned:

How are you guys diagnosing your sticky lifters?  I have been having a
problem that I think is related to this, but, cannot be sure.  Acts a lot
like my 345 that had this problem did, but slightly different timing and
feel, so just wondering what makes everyone else think they have this
problem.

Please let me know how your vehicles are acting, and what helps them.
