When deciding what engine to get in a Ford, I figured out that I would have to put about 300,000 miles on a Powerstroke w/ better economy than the Triton 5.4L to break even on the higher price. Considering that not much heavy towing would be done w/ that truck, I went with the 5.4L. It gets the job done but doesn't sound as cool... Tom Stannard
