I think I heard the 2"x.120 wall is ~ $3 a foot.. I need to acquire some
for rollcage enhancements (I have a Schedule 40 pipe 'cage that was
given to me.. it's going into my scrap pile before next summer)

Pacific Steel (& Hide n' Fur) in Helena said they could get it for me..
I didn't ask about minimums or price yet, but they bought a length of
6x2x3/16 when I wanted 5' for my front bumper.

I think the tube comes in 20' "sticks".. is that the minimum you're
finding or is it more?

Tom,

  Morrison sells both 1 5/8 & 1 3/4" with .134 wall for $2.50/foot. Any
length up to 20'. That may be a good price, I'm not sure. Based on
Morrison's prices on other items, they're probably high on this tube,
though.

They only carry the .134 wall in mild steel cause .120 wall may not
always pass the sonic tests that sanctioning bodies do on dragster roll
cages.

$3.00/foot in Montana sounds pretty good.

Doug
