Re: Final question on T-18 vs T-19

Howard,

Well, are you shifting at 3800 rpm's like I do, (that is what redline is for
isn't it?) with the gas pedal planted firmly on the floor? If not, that's
probably why it feels too widely spaced. Besides that, 2nd & 3rd are short
stops for getting to 4th, which is where I spend almost all my time, doing 70
back and forth to work. ;)

Hey, Mandera, you probably drive a lot like me. What about the T-18 vs T-19
question? Tom, did I ever tell you about the time I blew off a Dodge Dakota,
racing from a stoplight and proceeded to snap my rear driveshaft about 500
feet later down the road? It's no fun driving home using just the front drive.
The pull left and right when accelerating and decelerating is scary. Sound
familiar?

Hey, has anyone out there put a turbo on a 345? I'm tired of getting blown off
on the freeway.

STeve - who wishes he had a turbo on his Scout
