Pulling people out...WARNING

In any case of pulling someone out of a ditch be careful as you may be the
one to get a ticket because you are tampering with an accident site. For
instance if a car slid in a ditch he can get a too fast for road conditions
ticket and if caught you will get reamed by the cops and get a ticket, in
another case what if the driver was legally intocicated or had been
drinking THEN you are aiding and abbeting a felon. Be careful and do it
quick if possible or dont do it in a poppulated area thats patroled.
