i am way behind on my digest but i was reading about the hella lights, i
dont know about the street legal vision plus, but i run the european hellas
with the h-4 bulb and they work very well, i have ran them for 3 years with
60w low 100 high beams and am very impressed, the are not dot approved but
when was the last time you got a ticket for illegal headlights?  These
light are far superiorto any others i have seen(i have not seen the ciebe
that were mentioned) I ordered mine through jegs but they are no longer
available, but i saw some at napa.  They are the ones that say off road use
only
