     Wait,  Tom, if you have the factory heavy fan then I'm ok.  Most 
     applications for rigid fan mountings require that you use a lightened 
     fan like a flex.  BUT if you have the factory rigid blade fan, AND the 
     rigid mounted cross, then please disregard my comments.  My bad.
