Mike's Scout problems

Mike, John L,

I've had a problem similar to Mikes that did turn out to be the fuel 
pump. It would run for about 15 seconds, then die, then run 15 seconds  
then die etc. Replaced pump and all was well. But I still think it is 
electrical.
