That means the sensor inside of your brake proportioning valve has moved
off center. You can confirm this by unplugging the wire that is connected
to it and seeing if the light goes off. 

The way to fix it, is to return the sensor to center. You can do that with
some selective brake bleeding. But, you need to know which way it's moved,
so it might be easier to disassemble the proportioning valve from the brake
lines and move the unit manually. But then, you'd have to bleed your entire
brake system real well.
