The ice-rain in Ohio was a topic at our 4x4 club meeting Tuesday night..
we were all disappointed when we heard it was a "Stage 2 Emergency" and
they'd arrest you if you left your house... Dang, and I was just
beginning to think I might have to lock the hubs in if I were there!
