ABS

        ABS pulsation???     I dont know what you guys are
talking about.  That soothing vibration is to massage your
foot to help releave the strees associated with sudden emergency
stops.  <G>

    Seriousily, I agree that ABS is evil. Never been In an
accident in 4 years of driving my scout(thoes years are
the crazy 16-20years) So I guess my braking system is
adaquate enough. I think that new saftey features like
ABS, air bags, crumple zones and cell phones make everyone
think they have "bought" saftey, Yet they have no idea how
to drive.

    Have i ever told you guys about the time a suicidal woman
jumped in front of my car at 60mph? If I have, here it goes
agian: On our way to do some camping at 2am last spring,
a lady jumps in front of my car on a bridge. I was driving
an unfirmiliar car(escort wagon) Of course, I swerved and
ended up going almost sideways on dry pavment on a bridge
over a very swolen river. Ended up correcting it after swinging
back and forth a couple times. Never been so scared in my
entire life. I diddnt see the girl untill she was right in my head
lights about 10 feet infront of me.

Hope i havent brought any more horses to beat.
