Alternator Output vs. Engine RPM



I came across the following table in a Sales Engineering brochure for the
1980 Scout. I doubt if this is much different than for previous years
other than the larger version being a 61 Amp.

I had heard that you got full output around 2000 rpm, and I guess that's
close.  A note on the chart says the pulley drive ratio was 2.33 for
gasoline engines, 1.96 for diesels.
