for a 4-152.

Chad:

NAPA has a formed hose for the lower (outlet) hose: p/n 7183. I don't know of
a NAPA part number for the upper (inlet) hose. Most guys are using an
appropriate length of flex hose.
I do have an International part number for this hose. 899348R1. If you
absolutely must have a formed hose, maybe Vintage International Parts or one
of the Light Line dealers can help you out.
