I checked, and I don't have the upper radiator hose #.  What I do have is
the # for the hose that connects the water pump to the thermostat.  That #
is 20764 (CarQuest).  I would think that just about any hose the right
diameter about 12" long would work, there is such a small bend in mine
that a straight piece of hose could be bent to fit.  HTH
