Tom, I am doing a fiberglass conversion on my 79 SII right now. At this time the tub and front clip are on. Carpet is in, but no seats. I can drive it, but have to sit on a milk crate! I live in Michigan so rust is the enemy. If I lived out west, I would patch up the existing or find a decent rust free tub to swap on. Nick
