Chris,
   I'll tell you what my inspectin guy told me, He said that my dual cat
set-up was probable illegal, not just because of the fact it isn't
factory, but; also because the location of my cats causes them to not
operate properly. He said cats are supposed to be close to the engine to
heat to a certain temp.
