Jeff,
   I run duals with dual cats, no mufflers. I have the cats where the
mufflers are suppoosed to go. Here in NJ they do look for the cats, but;
no one knows what was stock on an IH anyway. Besides, most of the time,
if they see the cats, that is all they care about.
