can't post to list

If someone could answer this off-list, please do.

I can't post to the list (or anything @domain.elided) from my regular
address jbtaylor@domain.elided. When I try it gets bounced back with an
error:

<<< 550 rejected: administrative prohibition (failed to find host name
from IP address)
550 <ihc@domain.elided>... User unknown

I can still receive the list though, and I used to be able to post. Is
this a problem with my ISP or with the digest?

This has only compounded my frustration with my coolant leak!
