The Ertl toy company originally made the Scout models.  Yes, they are
reproducing some of their previous release models.  The models that are being
now released are Semis, the Eagle Transtar II is one.

There is more than one Scout model though,
1976 Scout Ertl # 8021
SSII Scout Ertl # 8022 ? I not really positive
1977-79 Scout Ertl # 8023
1977-79 Scout Off-road Ertl # 8024
