Re: Robershaw type Thermostats

In a brilliant stroke of genius, Steve Stegmann
<stegmann@domain.elided> blurted out:

>Where can I get the Robertshaw type thermostat?? Part Numbers??

From what I understand, some auto part chain stores carry them...
specifically Autozone if you have one near you. NAPA does not. Summit
Racing (www.summitracing.com) does for sure and I believe Jegs
(www.jegs.com) does too.

According to Matt Plaguta from an earlier Digest, Robertshaw part number
370-180 is for the 180 degree thermostat. I presume 370-190 would be a 190
degree thermostat, etc. Engine Seal (Felpro) gasket part number 85749 is
for the water outlet if you don't make your own gaskets.
