Joel,
 It's not too bad. There are plastic bows over the joints between
the panels. These snap on, so you need to gently pry them off (be
careful, because they seem to get brittle with age). Each panel is 
held up with one or two screws in the middle. The panels also slide
behind a sheet metal channel along each side of the vehicle. After 
you remove the screws, you can get the panel out of the channel by
letting the panel bow downward in the middle. The rearmost panel also
slides over a sheet metal piece along the rear of the vehicle. To 
remove the panel above the front seats, you'll also need to remove
the visors, and there are tabs that snap into holes along the top of
the windshield.
 I replaced my head liner in about 1.5 hours, though now that I have
the technique down I could probably do it in half that.
