direct ignition/fuel injection



Check out www.electromotive-inc.com.  They claim
to have a direct ignition product, triggers off
a crank mounted wheel, using multiple coils.
You could eliminate the distributor, and the
manual system allows changing the advance CURVE
right from the driver's seat.

They also have a system that will drive fuel injectors,
which I have not read about fully, but I'm thinking,
could you then tap the manifold runners and use some
standard GM or Ford direct port injectors?  It would
seem this type of system could blow away the Holley
pro-jection setup, as direct port would result in the
fuel staying atomized better.
