I lived in Montana for a short time in the early '80's (northeast
corner, near Plentywood). I heard a lot of stories about the exploits
of the local renegade hot rodders. One of my friends who had grown up
in the area told me about one guy who once outran a police airplane in a
Plymouth Satellite back in the late '60's. I forget what kind of plane
he said it was, but it was something that has a top speed of around 120.
I guess it's something about Montana that does it to folks. I probably
should've stayed. :)
