  I'm assuming you have the Dana 20 t-case, and if so, I thought the 
going rate for a used unit was less than $150.  Certainly a lot 
cheaper than $1800 (or did you mean to type $180?).  I've got a 800B 
parts truck that has a working (and quiet) single lever t-case that I 
might be able to part with if you're interested.
