Well, since it's the _only_ mod I've done so far, I'd have to say
swapping in the diesel engine. Can't wait to start experimenting with
burning used french fry oil! Let's see... I'll have a quarter pounder
with cheese, large fries, a Coke, and fill 'er up! :)
Seriously, though.. Benefits? I expect about 23-25 MPG.
Cost and time? You don't wanna know. But most of the time has been
figuring out how to hook stuff up, etc., and chasing around after parts.
If one had all the right parts in a pile and knew exactly what to do, it
could be done pretty fast.
