BZZZZZT Nope! :) You forgot a "x12" on your ci->cf calculation. It's
12x12x12 = 1728 ci per cf, which makes it about 5.2 cfm. But that's
at only 1000 rpm which, given the size of the pulley on the compressor,
is probably somewhere in the general neighborhood of idle. Cruising
down the highway I imagine the compressor would be turning closer to
4000 or 4500 rpm, which would give you about 21-23 cfm.
