Most annoying thing I can think of.. argh.  My '72 Scout II is like this..
sorta.  the driver's side door has been replaced some time in the past, so
*I* can lock the door and shut it, but the passenger door is original, and
thus I'm forced to 1) wait for Julie to get out of the truck, shut the door,
then lock it, or 2) walk around and use the key.

The downside of the key.. I generally end up bending my keys all to #@% when
I try to lock my doors (passenger side anyhow).. of course, one might
suggest I LUBE it... ;-)  Then again, -20 and things are just plain stiff.
