If you do a search on the net for Zerostart you will find the info you
need.  They make lower radiator hose heaters, block/freeze plug heaters,
and external tank heaters.  Northern automotive warehouse lists them for
Lower rad heater - $14.64, Frost plug heaters - $12.16, external tank
heaters - $22.17.  As long as you have electric this is the way to go.
I've heard that the oil heaters don't work well on cold oil, but when
you get home if you plug it in while it is still warm, it is
satisfactory.

Side note, zerostarts book recommends to use a 1500 W tank/circulation
heater for the IH engines.
