E39 ticking noise...lifter?

Hello fellow BMW enthusiasts,
 
Not being familiar with the BMW engine, I have a question.  
 
I just picked up my 528ia from the body shop and started the car and noticed a strange ticking noise coming from the right side of the engine.  I turned off the A/C to make sure it was not the compressor, it was not.
 
Sounds kind of like a stuck lifter.  
 
All this is happening after having my BMW serviced at a dealer here in Indiana (less than 100 miles, around two weeks ago).
 
Any ideas?
