ANTIFREEZE MIXTURE

Henry,
100% coolant? Not recommended!!
Antifreeze is a poor coolant.
Great as a freeze, boil and corrosion protection.
100% is too much of a good thing.
The reason to add at least 50% water is to maintain the thermal conductivity
needed for proper engine cooling.

If you are concerned about the quality of your tap water I suggest you use
distilled water.
