Chris,
I,ve gone thru the same poor service at 2 of the dealers you've mentioned. I 
now take my 525I to BMW of Towson. Yes a long drive but the service at this 
dealer has not let me down. I've been going there now for 5 years, it use to 
be Brooks BMW. I was a little concerned when they changed ownership but the 
new folks have even kicked it up a notch. Give em a try.
